UNIFORM HYDRAULIC PRESSURE BY DESIGN:  No variation in pressure from heat build-up.  Hardware is installed uniformly in thin, soft aluminum parts at a low-pressure range down to 350 lbs. force.  To install 1/4-20 studs in stainless steel, the Auto-Sert AS-7.5 press has the capacity- with power to spare.

RELIABLE SAFETY SYSTEM: The safety system is internally monitored by a microcontroller.  Very sensitive pressure sensing device is used, plus a 1/4" window of safety before full tonnage is applied by the press in manual operation.  The operator can work faster with confidence. 

DIGITAL COUNTDOWN COUNTER FOR FASTENERS:  Keeps track of the number of hardware in each chassis or part, with an automatic reset feature.  The operator is alerted to hardware forgotten in part.  Better quality control. 

DIGITAL COUNTER FOR PART PRODUCTION:  Keeps track of part production to save operator time: automatic record.  Has a reset button.

1. Shuttle system base unit,  including air-operated vacuum generator and front-mounted base with air cylinder and slide arrangement

2. A change-over set consists of paddles, tube holder, and lower locating tool exclusive to the shuttle system

4. A vacuum anvil will also be required as follows:
